Federal Court Remand

Even though the Social Security Administration (“SSA”) agreed that the decision of administrative law judge (“ALJ”) Andrew Weiss was indefensible, it took over two years for U.S. District Judge Joan Azrack to remand the decision, which the ALJ issued over three years ago.
